The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Arnold rose by $4,250 while total sales increased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 – a 1.4% increase over the $295,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Arnold in the first quarter of 2016.
