The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Crownsville rose by $133,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $725,000 – a 22.5% increase over the $592,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Crownsville in the first quarter of 2016.
