The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Maryland City rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 – a 11.1% increase over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Maryland City in the first quarter of 2016.
