The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Parole rose by $58,000 while total sales decreased by 65.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 – a 14.1% increase over the $412,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 193 homes sold in Parole in the second half of 2020.
