The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Annapolis rose by $67,000 while total sales decreased by 65%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 126 homes sold, with a median sale price of $522,000 – a 14.7% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 360 homes sold in Annapolis in the second half of 2020.
