Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals met May 24.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
Present: Mr. Forgo, Chairman, Mr. Middlebrooks, Vice Chairman, Mr. Dove, Mr. Hare, Ms. Baker Blackshear and Mr. Breitenbach, Members.
Amanda E. Schmidt, Counsel to the Board.
Absent: Mr. Devlin, Member.
The hearing was convened at 5:30 p.m.
The Board convened to hear testimony on case no BA 4-18A, Brian K. Houseman.
Kenneth G. Macleay, Petitioner’s attorney, submitted a Voluntary Line of Dismissal to the Board’s office on May 24, 2018. Mr. Macleay and Mr. Houseman did not appear before the Board. Kemp Hammond, County attorney, made no comment on the dismissal.
Mr. Middlebrooks made a motion, seconded by Ms. Blackshear, to grant the dismissal (withdraw). The motion carried unanimously.
The hearing was adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
