Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals met May 30.
Here is the agenda provided by the Board:
Present: Mr. Forgo, Chairman, Mr. Middlebrooks, Vice Chairman, Mr. Devlin, Mr. Dove, Mr. Hare, and Ms. Baker Blackshear, Members.
Cathleen F. Ward, Counsel to the Board.
Absent: Mr. Breitenbach, Member.
The hearing was convened at 3:30 p.m.
The Board convened to hear testimony on case no. BA 7-18A, Noah C. Shepardson IV.
Thomas J. Driscoll, Petitioner’s attorney, made a motion to postpone this matter until the County doctor can attend or to use the medical reports. Thomas J. Mitchell, County attorney, preferred for the doctor to be present.
Mr. Hare made a motion, seconded by Mr. Middlebrooks, to deny the postponement and move forward with the case. The motion carried five (5) to one (1) with Ms. Blackshear opposed.
Written closings are due by close of business on June 13, 2018, June 20, 2018 and June 27, 2018.
The hearing was adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
