Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals met July 19.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
Present: Mr. Forgo, Chairman, Mr. Middlebrooks, Vice Chairman, Mr. Devlin, Mr. Hare, and Ms. Baker Blackshear, Members.
Cathleen F. Ward, Counsel to the Board.
Absent: Mr. Dove and Mr. Breitenbach, Members.
The hearing was convened at 5:30 p.m.
The Board convened to consider the remand of case number BA 47-13R, KHI/Jessup Properties, LLC.
Mr. Harry Blumenthal, Petitioners’ attorney, stated that the case was resolved and requested that the appeal be withdrawn. Mr. Ryan Kennedy, Protestants’ attorney, and Ms. Kinley Bray, County attorney, had no objection.
Mr. Middlebrooks made a motion, seconded by Mr. Hare, to grant the withdrawal request. The motion carried unanimously.
The hearing was adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
