Which Maryland counties had the best high school graduation rates?

Maryland public schools reported that 87.67 percent of students in the Class of 2017 graduated on-time, according to the latest Maryland Schools Report Card.

In the annual report, the Maryland State Department of Education releases data on enrollment, attendance, graduation rate and assessment results, among other metrics. This analysis uses graduation rates based on the number of students in a cohort who earned diplomas after completing four years of high school.
