Old Mill High School issued the following announcement on Sept. 9.
Old Mill graduate and current girls soccer coach, Lauren Carrier (’05) will be inducted into the St. Mary’s College Hall of Fame on Friday, October 19.
Coach Carrier a 2009 graduate was a dominant player in both soccer and women’s lacrosse during her four-year career at St. Mary’s College.
Carrier was named the Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Year in both sports and a two-time All-America selection in lacrosse.
Coach Carrier is still the lacrosse program’s all-time leader in goals (246) and points (311) and also was awarded 5 first team All-CAC awards.
Congratulations to Coach Carrier for this well deserved recognition!
