North County High School issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
Juniors, are you interested in completing an Internship during your senior year with NSA.
Yes, I said NSA
This is a great opportunity to complete a paid internship that will provide real work experience and look great on future resumes and college applications.
Qualifications
Must be eligible to be granted a security clearance.
-Must be a U.S. citizen.
-An unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher.
-Must have an interest and aptitude in business computing and office technology.
-Must be a high school junior, taken the required course work and plan to participate in a school-sponsored work experience program throughout your senior year. You will need to have a partial schedule your senior year. You must be able to report to work by 12:30. You will work four hours a day, Monday thru Friday. At least 20 hours a week, can work 32 hours per week.
-Must have reliable transportation for getting to and from work.
