Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals met Sept. 26.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
Present: Mr. Dove, Acting Chairman, Mr. Devlin, and Ms. Baker Blackshear, Members.
Amanda E. Schmidt, Counsel to the Board.
Absent: Mr. Forgo, Chairman, Mr. Middlebrooks, Vice Chairman, Mr. Hare and Mr. Breitenbach, Members.
The hearing was convened at 3:30 p.m.
The Board convened to continue testimony on case no. BA 36-17S, Kimberly & Darren Greco.
Mr. Mellin, Petitioner’s attorney, made a Motion to Dismiss based on standing. Ms. Palmer, the Protestants’ attorney, and Ms. Neiderer, the County attorney, objected.
Ms. Baker Blackshear made a motion, seconded by Mr. Dove, to deny the motion to dismiss.
The motion carried unanimously.
A second on-site inspection was scheduled for September 29, 2018.
The hearing is continued to October 9, 2018.
The hearing was adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
