Pre-Participation Physical Info:
You must also submit a hard copy of your athlete’s Pre-Participation Physical to the school. You may drop it off to the main office, fax, or scan and email it to the Athletic Director Ken Miller at athleticeagles@gmail.com. Physicals must be dated after June 1st, 2018.
