Farrar committee reports nearly $2K in contributions during third quarter

Friends to Elect Sarah Lacey, a candidate committee, reported receiving $2,060 from July 1 through Sept. 30, according to its third quarter report to the Maryland State Board of Elections.

Sarah Anne Farrar is a Democrat.
