Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals met Oct. 2.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Present: Mr. Forgo, Chairman, Mr. Middlebrooks, Vice Chairman, Mr. Devlin, Mr. Dove, Mr. Hare, and Ms. Baker Blackshear, Members. 

Cathleen F. Ward, Counsel to the Board.

Absent: Mr. Breitenbach, Member.

The hearing was convened at 6:35 p.m.

The Board convened to hear testimony on Case Number BA 30-18V, Lindsay Estabrook.

Ms. Kinley Bray, County attorney, made a Motion to Dismiss based on lack of standing. Mr. Rex Caldwell, Protestant’s attorney, was opposed. Ms. Lindsay Estabrook, the Petitioner, and Mr. Harry Blumenthal, attorney for interested citizens Robert & Christina Romanowki and Henry & Celeste Behr, had no objection.

Mr. Middlebrooks made a motion, seconded by Mr. Hare, to grant the motion to dismiss. The motion carried five (5) to one (1), with Mr. Devlin opposed.

The hearing was adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
