Shady Side home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Shady Side fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $249,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Shady Side in May 2018.
