Annapolis home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Annapolis fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $329,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Annapolis in February 2018.
