Shady Side home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Shady Side rose by $122,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 56% increase over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Shady Side in February 2018.
