Shady Side home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Shady Side rose by $84,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,000 - a 30.9% increase over the $272,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Shady Side in January 2018, as well.
