Annapolis home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Annapolis fell by $8,750 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,250 - a 2.7% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Annapolis in December 2017.
