The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Annapolis fell by $37,450 while total sales decreased by 56.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 10.2% decrease over the $367,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Annapolis in November 2017.
