Annapolis home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Annapolis rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $362,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Annapolis in October 2017.
