Annapolis home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Annapolis rose by $41,100 while total sales decreased by 28.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,100 - a 11.8% increase over the $349,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Annapolis in September 2017.
