Annapolis home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Annapolis fell by $15,145 while total sales decreased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 4% decrease over the $375,145 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Annapolis in August 2017.
