Shady Side home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Shady Side fell by $125,500 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,500 - a 32.6% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Shady Side in July 2017.
