Annapolis home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Annapolis rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,500 - a 3.5% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Annapolis in July 2017.
