Annapolis home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Annapolis rose by $95,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 36 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,500 - a 40.8% increase over the $234,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Annapolis in February 2017, as well.
