Maryland City home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Maryland City rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 5.5% increase over the $282,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Maryland City in February 2017.
