Lake Shore home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Lake Shore fell by $50,950 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 16.9% decrease over the $300,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lake Shore in January 2017.
