Annapolis home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Annapolis rose by $26,450 while total sales decreased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,450 - a 7.8% increase over the $341,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Annapolis in November 2016.
