Maryland City home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Maryland City rose by $19,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 22 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,500 - a 7.1% increase over the $276,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Maryland City in October 2016, as well.
