Arnold home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Arnold rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 76.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Arnold in October 2016.
