Severn home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Severn rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Severn in October 2016.
