Lake Shore home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Lake Shore fell by $63,000 while total sales increased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 19.4% decrease over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Lake Shore in June 2016.
