Annapolis home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Annapolis fell by $115,000 while total sales decreased by 32.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 27.4% decrease over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Annapolis in April 2016.
