Shady Side home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Shady Side rose by $34,500 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 19.4% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Shady Side in March 2016.
