Annapolis home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Annapolis fell by $61,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 20.7% decrease over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Annapolis in February 2016.
