Pasadena home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Pasadena rose by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $251,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 122 homes sold in Pasadena in the first quarter of 2018.
