Jessup home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Jessup fell by $134,900 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 37.5% decrease over the $359,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Jessup in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
