Ferndale home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Ferndale rose by $6,850 while total sales increased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $203,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Ferndale in the first quarter of 2018.
