Maryland City home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Maryland City fell by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,500 - a 7.1% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Maryland City in the first quarter of 2018.
