Edgewater home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Edgewater fell by $63,000 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,500 - a 18.1% decrease over the $347,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Edgewater in the first quarter of 2018.
