Shady Side home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Shady Side rose by $52,000 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,000 - a 19.1% increase over the $272,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Shady Side in the first quarter of 2018.
