Lake Shore home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Lake Shore rose by $60,950 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,950 - a 23.1% increase over the $264,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Lake Shore in the first quarter of 2018.
