Severn home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Severn rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $311,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Severn in the first quarter of 2018.
