Annapolis home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Annapolis fell by $33,330 while total sales decreased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,500 - a 8.6% decrease over the $385,830 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Annapolis in the first quarter of 2018.
