Woods Landing home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Woods Landing fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 8% decrease over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woods Landing in the first quarter of 2018.
