Mayo home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Mayo rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Mayo in the first quarter of 2018.
