Crownsville home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Crownsville fell by $230,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,000 - a 30.9% decrease over the $745,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Crownsville in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
