Pasadena home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Pasadena rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $268,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Pasadena in the fourth quarter of 2017.
